In just two years, CAL SELECT became one of the Midwest’s most respected youth flag football programs, earning championships, national podium finishes, and runner-up results while competing against top teams across the region. NxtGen Sports builds on that foundation while expanding resources, reach, and development opportunities.

We are a full-service football development platform offering competitive travel teams, high-level coaching, performance training through Thoroughbred Performance Training, and league and tournament experiences designed to challenge and inspire athletes at every level.
